Section 1

General Provisions

fuij9 is an online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between fuij9 and all users of the platform ("Players").

By accessing or using this platform through the fuij9 website, mobile version, or any other means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this platform.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Bengali versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

These Terms apply together with fuij9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, along with other relevant policies.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the fuij9 platform and participate in betting or gaming activities, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Important: If a minor registers by providing false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account on fuij9, you must meet the following conditions:

You must provide your genuine and accurate personal information — providing a false name, address, or age is a violation of these Terms.
Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
fuij9 may request additional identity documents, proof of address, or other verification documents when necessary.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

fuij9 is operated for the Bangladesh market. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain regions or countries. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your area.

Account Security & Responsibility

fuij9 places the highest priority on each player's security. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential and not to share them with any third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password via the fuij9 Login page and notify the support team.
You are personally responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
fuij9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account without prior notice if suspicious activity is detected.

Section 4

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into fuij9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Deposits made through third parties or from unknown sources are prohibited.
If deposited funds are suspected to originate from a fraudulent source, fuij9 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and reject the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw winnings, you must use the same payment method used to make the deposit.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals will not be initiated until any active bonus wagering requirement on the account has been fulfilled.
In cases of suspicious activity, fuij9 may delay or reject a withdrawal and request additional documents.
If the platform is used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose, the account will be closed immediately.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fuij9 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
Example 2: Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before withdrawing it.

Additional terms relating to bonuses:

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after wagering is complete may be withdrawn.
If misuse of any bonus offer or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
fuij9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

fuij9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Benefits increase as your VIP tier advances.

VIP cashback is credited to the account automatically every week.
VIP benefits are non-transferable to any other account.
fuij9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All betting and gaming activities on fuij9 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Players are advised to understand the rules of a game thoroughly before placing a bet.

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If any game or bet is affected by a technical error or system issue, fuij9 reserves the right to void the bet or change the result after conducting a necessary investigation.
Abnormally large winnings — particularly those resulting from a technical error — will not be considered genuine winnings.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are available for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final — odds changes after a bet is placed will not apply.

If an event is postponed, cancelled, or left incomplete, the bet will be settled in accordance with the relevant rules.
Bets will be settled based on the officially announced result of the match or event.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

The fuij9 casino section offers games from various leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. All games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fuij9 platform:

Any form of cheating, fraud, or use of illegal techniques.
Placing bets or playing games using software bots, scripts, or automated programs.
Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players (collusion).
Attempting unauthorized access to fuij9's systems, servers, or network.
Registering an account or obtaining benefits by providing false or misleading information.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fuij9 website — including logos, trademarks, designs, software, code, text, graphics, images, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fuij9.

Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of fuij9 is prohibited.
Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided the source is credited.

Responsible Gaming

fuij9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspicion of fraud, forgery, or illegal activity.
A court order or legal directive from a government authority.
The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, fuij9 may not be obligated to return the remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

fuij9 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, fuij9's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues arising from third-party services.
Losses resulting from the player's own negligence in allowing account credentials to be compromised.

Service being suspended or restricted under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.

fuij9 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses under any circumstances.

If a dispute arises between fuij9 and a player, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through friendly discussion.

13.2 Final Decision

In disputes relating to game outcomes and betting, fuij9's system logs will be treated as the definitive evidence. Screenshots or other evidence provided by the player will be considered as supporting material but will not take precedence over the system logs.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
